My name is Johan Lammers, founder of Sensory Overload and an AuDHD coach. I have lived experience with ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, and depression. Experiences that shaped my life, my understanding and my mission. Over the past years, I’ve dedicated myself to researching how neurodivergent minds work. I’ve learned to help myself, and now I’m here to help others do the same.

Text-based coaching sessions for those who prefer writing over speaking. You can express your thoughts in real time, pause to reflect, and receive written feedback you can reread later. Especially helpful for processing emotions, exploring ideas, and building self-understanding without the pressure of being on camera.
📣 Neurodiversity Q&A Coaching
Personalized written guidance for your neurodivergent journey. Flexible, supportive, and at your own pace. I can support your research towards neurodiversity, and answer any questions you may have related to neurodiversity. You can send up to 3 questions per day and receive replies within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
