This reflective course guides you through reflection exercises so you can uncover your own burnout profile: your triggers, your overload patterns, and the situations that drain you fastest. By the end, you’ll have a personalised recovery blueprint you can actually use.

In this course, you will:

(Neutral → Rising Load → Capacity Narrowing → Burnout → Slow Recovery)
🌊 identify your ND Demand Domains (sensory/social, executive/daily life, masking/identity, emotional/change)
🧠 uncover beliefs and identity stories (“I must be the strong one”, “I can’t say no”) that keep you in overload
🧃 connect your current symptoms to concrete triggers and conditions
📜 create your own written burnout profile and first recovery plan, tailored to your life and limits
