Your experience is the starting point.
Welcome to Neurodivergent Burnout Personal Profile.
This course helps you understand how burnout develops in your life. You will explore your capacity, sources of load, masking and overcompensation, warning signs, and the environments and support that affect you.
Your circumstances matter too. Work demands, caring responsibilities and limited support belong in your profile, including pressures you cannot easily change.
What You Will Create
Throughout the course, you will build Your Personal Burnout Map, with four main parts:
🔥 My main burnout pattern: how pressure builds and how I respond.
🧱 My top load sources: the demands and conditions that contribute most.
🚦 My early warning dashboard: the signs that my capacity is changing.
🧭 My next best step: the recovery, prevention or professional support priority that fits my situation.
This course focuses on understanding, mapping and identifying. The separate Recovery Strategies and Prevention Strategies courses help you build on that understanding.
How to Use This Course
Keep your answers in one place. A few words or one example per question is enough. You can pause, skip a question or return later. Your profile can develop gradually.
🪞 Profile Question
What would you most like to understand about your own burnout pattern?
Start your notes with:
I hope this course helps me understand…
Course scope: This course cannot diagnose health conditions. Seek professional assessment for persistent, worsening, unexplained or severely limiting symptoms, or safety concerns. If you cannot keep yourself or someone else safe, seek urgent help through local emergency or crisis services.
Main Takeaway
You will build a personal map of what contributes to your burnout, how you recognise it and what support may fit.
