About sensoryoverload.info

sensoryoverload.info is a learning platform for neurodivergent adults.
We offer practical, structured courses and articles grounded in science and lived experience, with a focus on helping people better understand themselves, find support that fits, and reduce friction in daily life.
The platform is designed to make complex topics clearer, support more usable, and learning easier to turn into action.

I created sensoryoverload.info to make neurodivergent life easier to understand and easier to navigate day to day. I have an MSc in Psychology and was late diagnosed with AuDHD in my early forties. That shaped this platform’s practical, structured approach. My aim is to offer clearer explanations, practical support, and learning that helps people better understand themselves and find what fits in real life.
