ADHD may benefit from stimulation, urgency and external accountability, while your autistic nervous system may need sensory control, clear expectations, fewer transitions and enough time to process. Neither set of needs is wrong, but advice designed for ADHD alone may not account for the interaction.

The Pomodoro Technique usually involves working for a fixed period, often 25 minutes, followed by a short break. It can make time visible and reduce the perceived size of a task.
